Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Social Impact Specialist to help develop, implement, and manage programs across Community Engagement, Inclusion & Belonging, Restorative Justice, and Environmental Stewardship. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track progress and drive impact at a national level.

The role requires strong project management, superb communication, and the ability to handle multiple initiatives within deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing CSR initiatives including DEI and community programs.
• 3+ years in project management within fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in public health, CSR or DEI preferred.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for social impact initiatives and activities.
• Support the Director in building and implementing program framework.
• Oversee administrative tasks: volunteer signups, budgets, and records.
• Track license commitments and KPI progress for leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to create a year-long social impact calendar.
• Maintain relationships with nonprofits and external partners.
