Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan learning experiences aligned to the AKS curriculum and foster development across intellectual, physical, social, and emotional domains.
• Demonstrate command of the subject and develop short/long-term objectives based on AKS.
• Evaluate and select resources matching the AKS and learner needs.
• Provide clear learning objectives and link content to prior knowledge and real-world applications.
• Organize content logically and structure lessons with anticipatory sets, guided practice, and independent work.
• Utilize effective instructional strategies and provide formative and summative assessment feedback.
• Create a conducive learning environment with smooth transitions and orderly routines.
• Maintain behavior conducive to learning and establish mutual respect in the classroom.
• Engage in professional growth and share ideas with staff and contribute to school goals.
