Qualifications

• Qualifications include earned master’s or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution in business or computer-related discipline as appropriate to the program, or related/out-of-field master’s with documented coursework in business/computer-related discipline.
• Master’s degree with two years of in-field professional employment or documented teaching excellence, or equivalent evidence per program standards.
• Alternative combinations include professional certifications, documented publication, or CEU/work experience meeting program criteria.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies.
• Modify instructional methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Use instructional technology to support learning.
• Communicate subject matter clearly and effectively to students.
• Contribute to the development of instructional materials and syllabi.
• Support classroom efforts to promote student success.
• Meet scheduled classes in accordance with college policy.
