Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the co-op assignment.
• Completion of undergraduate freshman year is required.
• Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills with data tools.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and achievement of goals with a multinational approach.
• Lead special projects including Category Strategy development and execution.
• Support procurement activities across multiple categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and identify innovation opportunities.
• Conduct competitive sourcing events and spending analyses.
• Track KPIs and support functional initiatives.
• Apply data-driven insights to sourcing decisions and supplier evaluations.
• Explore and recommend innovative digital tools for procurement.
