Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Co-op in Procurement to support global sourcing and supplier collaboration. You will contribute to category strategies, perform data analyses, and participate in cross-functional teams across Raritan, Titusville, and Spring House.

The role is based in the United States with in-office work required at least 3 days per week and potential travel. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited university and legally able to work in the US without

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the co-op assignment.
• Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analytics experience.
• Technological curiosity and a proactive approach to digital solutions in procurement.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Balance multiple projects and deliver results while in a fast-paced setting.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with in-office presence at least 3 days/week.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and achievement of J&J goals with a multinational approach in an international team.
• Lead special projects across the team, including Category Strategy development and execution.
• Support procurement activities across a variety of categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and identify supplier innovation opportunities.
• Conduct competitive sourcing events, process improvement initiatives, and spending analyses.
• Track key performance indicators and support functional initiatives.
• Apply data-driven insights to inform sourcing decisions and supplier evaluations.
• Explore and recommend innovative digital tools to enhance procurement processes and supplier collaboration.
