Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Co‑op in Innovative Medicine Procurement to support the R&D and Commercial Procurement teams. You will help source goods and services, work on category strategies, and contribute to supplier evaluations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

This role requires active university enrollment, a willingness to work full time (40 hours/week), and a minimum three days in the office under J&J's Flex policy. Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the co‑op assignment.
• Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience with data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D or Commercial Procurement teams in strategic acquisition of goods and services.
• Lead special projects including Category Strategy development and execution.
• Support procurement activities across categories and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct competitive sourcing events and spending analyses; track KPIs and drive improvements.
• Apply data‑driven insights to inform sourcing decisions and supplier evaluations.
• Explore and recommend digital tools to enhance procurement processes.
