Job summary

Comfort Systems USA (Corporate) is seeking a Learning Design Specialist to design, develop and implement engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, e-learning, and virtual formats.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, manage timelines, and ensure quality, leveraging LMS, SCORM and tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Camtasia to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• 3+ years in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Experience with virtual and hybrid learning experiences.
• Familiarity with LMS, SCORM and Tin Can API standards.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate and Camtasia.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement engaging learning experiences, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine instructional design needs and develop course content and assessments.
• Create and maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Ensure instructional materials comply with company standards and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the learning experience to increase student engagement and achievement.
