Job summary

Tacoma Public Schools is seeking a dedicated coordinator to advance Innovative Learning and Jobs 253 programs. This role analyzes data, coordinates communications between administrators, staff, and external partners, and supports research and implementation of new learning initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a business background, several years of office experience, and strong communication skills to promote high-quality customer service and continuous improvement across district programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or closely related field.
• Four years of increasingly responsible office experience.
• Experience in a school district and confidential role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and analyze data to support Innovative Learning initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between administrators, staff, and external partners.
• Assist with research, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for district programs.
• Promote high-quality customer service and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal policies.
• Monitor HR, legal requirements, and labor regulations.
