Job summary

Puget Sound Educational Service District is seeking a Coordinator, Technical Assistance to support Early Learning services and subcontractor development. You will collaborate with community agencies, identify family needs, and provide data-informed guidance to improve program outcomes.

The role requires AA degree and related experience, with emphasis on equity, monitoring, and professional development for staff and partners.

Qualifications

AA degree in job-related area and increasing levels of job-related experience.
1 year of related experience.
Experience with Birth to Five comprehensive services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Advocates and collaborates with community agencies to support child, family, and program outcomes.
Assists staff in identifying family and child needs to develop partnership plans.
Provides data-informed technical assistance to subcontractors on program standards.
Designs and delivers training to program staff on relevant topics.
Monitors program activities to meet Head Start or ECEAP objectives.
