Job summary

ASML in the United States is seeking an Electrical Engineer to specify, design, develop, realize, and test modules in a multi-disciplinary team. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and suppliers to deliver solutions that meet system specs, cost targets, and schedules.

You will lead complex design work, manage requirements with traceability, and contribute to verification, validation, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 2+ years experience or an MS degree.
• Experience with electronic design automation tools and PCB design.
• Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, validation, and verification.
• Ability to identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability and clear interfaces.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering deliverables that scale with job grade, from defined tasks to owning complex scope.
• Identify, analyze, document, and manage requirements with traceability, and coordinate verification criteria.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies, translating results into recommendations and tradeoffs.
• Develop electrical concepts, make technical tradeoffs, and resolve issues to meet specs and cost targets.
• Define and communicate specifications, align interfaces, and support design reviews and approvals.
• Support system or product integration by coordinating dependencies and enabling smooth execution.
• Define and execute validation and test approaches, improving methods and ensuring release readiness.
• Estimate effort, plan work, manage risks, and deliver packages on time with proper documentation.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor teammates while adhering to EHS policies.
