Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop and evaluate engaging eLearning courses and embedded product instructions. You will program, test, review with stakeholders, publish, and organize content for customers and employees.

You will work with SMEs and multiple teams to meet training objectives, create knowledge checks, and continuously improve training experiences. This role emphasizes independent work, collaboration, and staying current with eLearning trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of experience building eLearning materials.
• Experience with LMS administration, LearnUpon a plus.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote).
• Ability to publish eLearning as SCORM packages.
• Translate complex tech docs into clear learner content.
• Develop engaging training programs with various materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evaluate eLearning courses and embedded product instructions for online learning experiences.
• Lead technical development including programming, testing, stakeholder reviews, and publishing.
• Create, review and implement embedded product instructions; ensure content is usable for customers and internal staff.
• Publish courses properly and organize files in shared directories.
• Develop course knowledge checks and evaluations.
• Coordinate with SMEs and cross‑functional teams to curate content.
• Assess backlog and prioritize future course development updates.
• Work independently, apply sound judgment, and improve training experiences.
• Collaborate across Educational Services to align standards.
