Job summary

Qualifications

  • MS/PhD student in a technical field, enrolled throughout the internship.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, or engineering research is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize semiconductor dry etch processes for DRAM technologies.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments to improve etch performance and yield.
  • Apply data analytics, AI tools, or programming to accelerate decisions.
  • Collaborate with process, equipment, and integration teams to drive improvements.
