Responsibilities

• Create a classroom environment aligned with KTEC's mission, vision, and values.
• Manage classrooms to support academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
• Provide rigorous, engaging lessons meeting grade-level standards with differentiation.
• Design and assess nature-based, inquiry-based, and project-based learning with content standards.
• Participate in professional learning communities and staff meetings.
• Use feedback for personal growth and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with parents through various methods.
• Organize and participate in special student activities.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and required professional development.
• Guide placement procedures and participate in placement meetings.
• Assist in selecting curriculum, equipment, and materials.
