Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership in Berkeley Township, NJ, is seeking an on-site Pest Control Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control inspections, TAP insulation installation, and light construction. You will communicate clearly with clients, ensure safety, and complete job-site prep and cleanup.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparation and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction, including minor repairs and replacements related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services and provide pest-control guidance.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal; set up exclusion traps and ensure safety standards.
