Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join the Innovations team in Utah. You will run injection molding machines, build prototypes, measure parts, and help document new concepts for patent review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to working hard every day and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Strong attention to detail in all work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor injection molding machines.
• Build and assemble product prototypes with glue, foam, and tools.
• Measure parts and check quality against standards.
• Document concepts for patent review.
• Set up product displays and assist meetings.
• Track warehouse materials and restock as needed.
• Pack and prepare items for shipping and operate forklifts safely.
• Follow safety rules and participate in training.
