Job summary

Innove, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to bridge design and hands-on implementation across prototyping, testing, and production support. You will develop prototypes, document results, and help translate concepts into production-ready solutions.

The role requires CAD proficiency, strong troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve reliability and manufacturability. Expect lab, production, and field-support activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in engineering technology or related field preferred.
• Experience in prototyping, mechanical design support, or engineering technician role.
• Experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prototype build, assembly, modification and test to support new product development.
• Document prototype builds and testing outcomes; recommend design improvements.
• Create/update CAD models, drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and specs.
• Review drawings and documentation for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Provide advanced technical support for production, field service, and customer support.
