Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Innovation, Emerging Technology, R&D, Product Design, or related.
• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology is preferred.
• Expertise in a relevant domain with understanding of adjacent areas.
• Experience contributing to projects and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts.
• Interested in developing and sharing project pitches; feedback oriented.
• Comfort with virtual collaboration for remote/hybrid roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of projects exploring and scaling concepts.
• Contribute to technology evaluation, business model innovation, prototyping, and PoCs.
• Monitor domain areas and understand potential impact on the business.
• Apply testing and validation methodologies under guidance of senior team members.
• Support evaluation of products or business models using scorecards and criteria.
• Develop and pitch new project ideas and opportunities.
