eNGINE is hiring a Solutions Architect to lead our innovation practice—the team responsible for exploring what's next, proving it out, and setting new projects up for success before handing them off to delivery teams.

You will spin up proofs of concept, scope and estimate initiatives, establish development process and cloud architecture, and partner with DevOps to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions across a modern .NET / React stack.

Qualifications

Experience with the .NET stack and modern web frameworks.
Proven ability to lead proofs of concept and architect end-to-end solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps.
Experience with workflow automation concepts and patterns.
Ability to scope, estimate, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead an innovation group focused on proof-of-concept work and early-stage solution design.
Scope new initiatives and produce realistic estimates.
Establish development process and technical direction for new projects.
Architect and guide workflow automation solutions.
Design solutions across a modern .NET / React stack with cloud principles.
Partner with DevOps to ensure deployments, scalability, and operations readiness.
Act as a technical thought partner across multiple projects and stakeholders.
