Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to guide the technical direction of cloud-native microservices and modular front-end architectures for a large digital product portfolio.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering leadership, product teams, DevOps, and development teams to balance scalability, velocity, security, and maintainability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive software engineering with 2+ years in architecture roles.
• Experience in media, streaming, or subscription SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own high-level cloud-native architecture across a large product portfolio.
• Lead design sessions with engineering, product, and leadership.
• Define API-first service designs for front-end and back-end integrations.
• Guide modernization of legacy systems into scalable microservices.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
• Stay current with cloud, streaming, and architectural trends.
