Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to lead project management and business analytics across major change initiatives. You will coordinate sponsors, stakeholders, and teams, applying Agile-Scrum practices and AI-enhanced tools to drive on-time delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in the corporate environment with 3+ years in project management, plus a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Project management experience required; PMP and Scrum Master certifications preferred.
• 7+ years corporate experience with at least 3+ years in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align project sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline.
• Coach teams in Agile SDLC practices and manage project plans in Smartsheet.
• Communicate status to senior management and manage RAID items.
• Facilitate cross-department meetings and coordinate AI coding applications.
