Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the project management and analytics components of enterprise change initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, aligns sponsors, and ensures on-time delivery using Agile practices.

You will build and maintain project plans, manage RAID items, and communicate status to senior leaders while leveraging AI coding tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or preferred.
• 7+ years corporate experience with 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMP or Scrum Master credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align project sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline.
• Facilitate stakeholder identification and engagement to ensure right people are involved.
• Guide teams in Agile-Scrum SDLC practices and maintain project plans.
