Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to oversee project management and analytics for enterprise change initiatives. The role drives coordination, status updates, and stakeholder alignment across multiple departments.

You will guide teams in Agile SDLC practices, develop detailed plans using Smartsheet and other tools, and build AI-enabled PM solutions while communicating effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Project management experience; PMP preferred
• Scrum Master experience; Certified Scrum Master preferred
• 7+ years corporate experience; 3+ years project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Align project sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to ensure the right people are involved.
• Coach the team in Agile-Scrum SDLC practices.
• Develop and maintain project plans with tasks, owners, dates, and dependencies.
• Communicate tasks and secure buy-in with owners and due dates.
• Use MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Smartsheet for communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate meetings across departments and steer consensus.
• Escalate issues and provide status updates to senior management.
• Track RAID items and remove obstacles to keep progress.
• Build tools to assist day-to-day PM using AI coding applications.
• Other duties as assigned
