Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
- Experience converting innovations into scalable business solutions.
- Familiarity with agile product development (sprints, MVPs, iterative testing).
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the innovation product vision across trailer categories.
- Lead full product lifecycle management—from concept through launch.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely execution.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure success of new products.
- Engage with dealers, end users, and internal teams to identify pain points and needs.
- Develop business cases and product pitches for leadership.
