The position requires fast, evidence-based go/no-go decisions and collaboration with a globally distributed team. As a fully remote role, you will have overlap with EST hours and a shared collaboration window from 9 AM

• Research and investigate technical and commercial feasibility, including regulatory, IP, and unit economics.
• Source and manage external partners, run pilot trials, and drive projects through first commercial production.
• Maintain a ranked innovation queue with stage-gate discipline and clear kill criteria.

• Manage operations for new products from early concept to commercialization, making fast, evidence-based go/no-go decisions.
