Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of engineering and 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven success in developing and launching new products.
• Cable or connector development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on development of new technologies and implementation into product designs.
• Develop advanced cable technologies and identify new product and market opportunities.
• Own the technology roadmap and drive new products from concept to product feasibility.
• Accelerate innovation while improving development speed, and execution.
• Partner with suppliers and customers to convert market needs into successful products.
• Coordinate with other teams to deliver a total solution to customers.
• Build engineering capability, accountability, and future leaders across the organization.
• Mentor the Engineering team to grow and develop team capability and new leaders.
