Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions seeks a Technical Program Manager in Nashua, NH to own end-to-end execution of complex hardware and new product introduction programs. You will translate customer priorities into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams to deliver from development through production.

You will interface with engineering, product management, operations, and supply chain to align requirements, manage risks, and provide transparent status updates to customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Five+ years leading complex hardware, interconnect, or infrastructure programs.
• Experience in product development, qualification, and manufacturing ramp.
• Proven ability to manage major customers and coordinate internal functions.
• Engineering, operations, or related technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-value hardware programs.
• Coordinate development to align with internal and external requirements.
• Ensure engineering teams understand customer requirements.
• Serve as technical point of contact for the customer.
• Align customer requirements with Engineering, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and testing teams.
• Identify and resolve risks before they affect delivery.
• Provide clear status updates, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Drive commitments, issues, escalations, and corrective actions to closure.
