• Provide technical mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support for engineering staff
• Aid in product defect analysis, which may include updating our production tools to collect additional information and mining factory log files
• Develop and enforce firmware architecture standards and coding best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies
• Coordinate with peers and other engineering managers within the organization to share best practices

Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM's globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Manager- Firmware Engineering for the High Speed Cables team located in Nashua, NH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership position within a related industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
