Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or a related technical field.
10+ years of engineering and 5+ years of team leadership experience.
Proven success in developing and launching new products.
Cable or connector development experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team focused on development of new technologies and implementation into product designs.
Develop advanced cable technologies and identify new product and market opportunities.
Own the technology roadmap and drive new products from concept to product feasibility.
Accelerate innovation while improving development speed, and execution.
Partner with suppliers and customers to convert market needs into successful products.
Coordinate with other teams to deliver a total solution to customers.
Build engineering capability, accountability, and future leaders across the organization.
Mentor the Engineering team to grow and develop team capability and new leaders.
