RTX seeks an Innovation Lead in Integrated Product Analytics for a remote U.S. role. You will lead data analytics, apply ML, and advance knowledge graphs to connect data across Collins products, enabling faster, higher-fidelity decisions.

This role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams and data scientists to deliver end-to-end digital thread capabilities. Applicants typically hold a STEM degree with 8+ years experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years) and have strong Python data

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in performing data analysis using Python, including libraries such as Pandas or PySpark
• Experience in performing statistical analysis to evaluate data completeness and validity
• Experience implementing machine learning algorithms on numerical and categorical datasets
• Experience automating data analyses and formatting processes
