Collins Aerospace is seeking an Innovation Lead within the Integrated Product Analytics team to drive data analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making and innovation across engineering. You will leverage Python, ML, and knowledge graphs to support critical business needs and advance internal development processes.

The role focuses on mentoring analysts, automating analyses, and developing end-to-end digital thread solutions for Collins Aerospace products.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in performing data analysis using Python, including libraries such as Pandas or PySpark
• Experience in performing statistical analysis to evaluate data completeness and validity
• Experience implementing machine learning algorithms on numerical and categorical datasets
• Experience automating data analyses and formatting processes
