Job summary

Pure Infusion in Sandy, Utah, seeks a Director of Innovation to align business operations with technology, leading a cross-functional team and shaping software, data, and AI initiatives.

Reporting to the EVP, Operations and Digital Innovation, the Director sets priorities, builds roadmaps, develops business cases, and evaluates vendors to drive business outcomes. The role orchestrates the Innovation Plan and mentors a growing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, product, program management, business analysis, or process improvement.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional work.
• Experience building roadmaps and business cases and evaluating software vendors.
• Practical AI literacy and understanding of data risks.

Responsibilities

• Prioritization and intake for cross-department work.
• Gather and document requirements with owning departments and obtain sign-off.
• Co-manage internal application roadmap with engineering and support enterprise technology roadmap.
• Lead business cases for software and AI investments; evaluate vendors and make recommendations.
• Map current processes, identify improvements, lead redesign, and measure results.
• Partner with Head of Data on data priorities and definitions.
• Keep Innovation Plan current and report progress to EVP.
• Protect separation between data warehouse and application work; manage scope/timelines.
• Identify data, privacy, and AI risks and route to owners.
• Build, lead, and develop the Innovation team.
