Job summary

Pure Infusion in Sandy, Utah seeks a Director of Innovation to lead the junction of business operations and technology. You will drive cross‑department priorities for software, data, and AI, translate business needs into approved requirements, and build a capable Innovation team reporting to the EVP, Operations and Digital Innovation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and triage business requests weekly and set cross‑department priorities.
• Gather and sign off requirements with owning departments before build.
• Co‑manage internal application roadmap with engineering and enterprise tech roadmap.
• Lead business cases for software and AI investments; evaluate vendors and claims.
• Map current processes, identify AI improvements, lead redesign and measure results.
• Partner with Head of Data on data priorities and definitions; recommend data priorities.
• Keep the Innovation Plan current and report progress to the EVP.
• Protect boundaries between data warehouse work and application work; manage scope/timelines.
• Identify data, privacy, and AI risks and route to Compliance/Privacy/IT owners.
• Build, lead, and develop the Innovation team; oversee onboarding, coaching, and performance.
