Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) seeks a Facility Manager for the NWFL Innovation Lab in Valparaiso, FL. You will coordinate with government customers and program leadership to manage facilities, security, and access while maintaining a high-quality showcase site for PSI in the Florida panhandle.

The role requires experience in commercial and military environments, plus knowledge of handling distinguished visitors and medical/government settings to keep the lab at the cutting edge.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of commercial and military environments.
• Knowledge of government professional settings.
• Understand how to manage distinguished visitors from government customers.
• Knowledge of medical and government professional environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government customer and program leadership for use of the Innovation and Automedix facilities.
• Manage all aspects of facility maintenance to ensure utilities, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance are accomplished.
• Work with corporate facility manager to ensure security system and badging services are working and badges for all local employees are provided.
• Ensure kitchen area is stocked with amenities that ensure employee morale.
• Work with program leadership to ensure quality of facility is maintained as the showcase location for PSI in the panhandle of Florida.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure access is based on good standing with corporate finance.
