Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include 3 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and military environments.
• Knowledge of government professional settings and managing distinguished visitors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government customer and program leadership for use of PSI facilities.
• Manage all aspects of facility maintenance including utilities, cleaning, repairs, and upkeep.
• Ensure security system and badge services are working and badges for local employees are provided.
• Maintain stocked kitchen amenities to support employee morale.
• Ensure facility quality is maintained as a showcase location for PSI in the panhandle of Florida.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure access is based on good standing with corporate finance.
