Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) seeks a Facility Security Officer to ensure full compliance with DoD, DCSA, and PSI security requirements at a cleared facility. The role provides primary site security leadership, partnering with program management and government representatives across eight operating locations.

You will manage facility access, PERSEC, INFOSEC, and audits, while maintaining sensitive materials and coordinating with federal authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial security or FSO role.
• Strong understanding of DoD and DCSA requirements (NISPOM, ICD 705).
• COMSEC and personnel security management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily physical security operations at the designated secret facility.
• Manage access control, visitor programs, badging, and IDS.
• Coordinate security briefings, reinvestigations, and personnel security files.
• Prepare for DCSA reviews, audits, and corrective actions with leadership.
• Advise on proper handling of classified materials and incident reporting.
