Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects in a technology environment.
• Ability to facilitate discovery sessions and gather business and technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for innovation teams from intake to close-out.
• Coordinate environment onboarding, provisioning, testing, and delivery.
• Document, track, and report on requests and status using approved tools.
