# Innovation Lab Business Systems AnalystApply**Job#: 3055838****Job Description:**Innovation Lab Business Systems Analyst**Location:** CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Onsite)Role OverviewWe are seeking a multifaceted Business Systems Analyst and Innovation Coordinator to support various needs within our Innovation Lab. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technology environment and be adept at balancing requirements gathering, coordination, communication, reporting, and operational duties. This role is a key point of contact for teams bringing technology requests into the lab and is not a traditional BA, Scrum, or Project Manager position, though skills from those backgrounds are transferable.Key Responsibilities* Manage Innovation Labs requests from intake through close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for innovation teams.* Conduct lab consultations, facilitate discovery sessions, and gather business and technical requirements.* Partner with lab engineers to assess innovation viability and coordinate environment onboarding and delivery.* Coordinate approval activities and track requests through all stages of the lifecycle.* Monitor provisioning activities, support ticket resolution, and manage customer communications.* Maintain accurate documentation, records, and knowledge content using Confluence and other approved tools.* Ensure compliance with Innovation Labs policies, processes, and operational standards.* Participate in application enhancements, testing, release activities, and process improvement initiatives.* Assist with operational reporting, metrics collection, and status reporting.* Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional efforts.Required Qualifications**Experience:** 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.**Technical Skills:*** Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.* Experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and managing operational processes.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Experience with documentation, reporting, and process improvement.* Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices.Preferred Qualifications* Familiarity with technology evaluation, onboarding, innovation programs, or technology lab environments.* Experience working with innovation programs, technology labs, or technology onboarding processes. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
