• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Continuous Learning acceptance criteria.
• Trace a technology number back through Disaster Recovery services to its source.
• Stitch Patch Management events into the Attention Management pipeline for technology reports.
• Right-size the CompTIA A+-related infrastructure to reduce cloud costs in Lake Charles, LA.
• Stress-test Continuous Learning systems and harden where needed.
