Job summary

TruStage is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Engineering to lead a team of AI engineers in developing scalable AI-powered solutions that drive business value. This role partners with multiple technology and business stakeholders to ensure responsible AI, engineering excellence, and rapid deployment in a hybrid work environment.

You will guide architecture, MLOps, and DevSecOps practices while staying current with emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering, data science, ML, AI engineering or related tech.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams delivering complex tech solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, deploying AI/ML/generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud-native architectures, APIs, MLOps, and modern dev approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI engineers and specialists.
• Oversee AI development activities, delivery plans, risks, and milestones.
• Provide technical guidance for AI design and implementation; promote best practices.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to align technical approaches.
• Drive process improvements for SDLC, model lifecycle, monitoring, and operations.
