Job summary

TruStage is seeking a Senior, Innovation Enablement Consultant to support Technology Innovation Office initiatives. You will help business teams identify opportunities, align stakeholders, drive adoption, and realize measurable value by translating priorities into actionable outcomes.

You will collaborate with innovation leaders and cross-functional partners to connect resources, promote adoption, and provide guidance on AI and Automation capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, innovation, transformation, or project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable outputs.
• Preferred: Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of innovation capabilities and connect business partners with resources and opportunities.
• Coordinate engagements and execution activities to enable delivery, adoption, and value realization.
• Support communication, training, and adoption activities for AI and Automation in daily operations.
• Develop materials and documentation for workshops, planning sessions, and events.
• Support intake, documentation, prioritization, and tracking of innovation opportunities across the enterprise.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment from ideation through execution.
