Job summary

International Justice Mission in the Washington, DC area seeks an Innovation & Design Intern for the 2027 Spring Internship class. The intern will support IJM's Global Innovation & Design Center, helping teams apply human-centered design to scale impact.

Responsibilities include data management, lifecycle development, brainstorming events, and qualitative data analysis. Ideal candidates are completing at least two years of undergraduate study, have prior internship or leadership experience, and

Qualifications

• At least two years of undergraduate study completed.
• Experience in research, writing, policy, design, or data is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in multi-disciplinary settings and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support developing IJM’s partner-facing data management system.
• Assist intervention lifecycle development and documentation.
• Aid in organizing innovation events and brainstorming sessions.
• Synthesize and analyze qualitative data sets for reporting.
• Provide general IJM administrative support as needed.
