Job summary

International Justice Mission is seeking a Program Innovation Specialist in a hybrid role supporting design and testing of survivor-centered interventions. The role focuses on translating insights into strategic actions and facilitating rapid prototyping in collaboration with global teams.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of HCD experience, excellent facilitation, and strong analytical abilities to drive evidence-informed improvements across IJM’s programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience using human-centered design to co-design prototypes for global development challenges.
• Excellent design thinking and prototyping skills for complex interventions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate research into actionable interventions.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development of evidence-informed innovation roadmap aligned with Theory of Change and survivor-centered standards.
• Translate insights into clear briefs and presentations for leaders and field teams.
• Lead rapid research and prototyping cycles, synthesize global evidence, monitor pilot outcomes.
• Design and deliver targeted workshops on innovation tools for field teams.
