Experis is seeking an Innovation & Commercialization Planning Manager in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, hybrid (2 days onsite). Lead end-to-end innovation projects from kickoff through commercialization, coordinating Marketing, R&D, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to deliver on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong PM and cross-functional leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, R&D, or related field.
- Experience in supply chain, project management, innovation planning, commercialization, engineering, product development, or related functions.
Responsabilités
- Manage innovation project plans from kick-off through commercialization and post-launch evaluation.
- Own and maintain project timelines and coordinate activities across Marketing, R&D, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure sourcing sites have capacity, capabilities, and readiness to support launches and transitions.
- Lead project communication, stakeholder alignment, risk assessments, and mitigation planning to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support innovation business cases, capex requirements, cost savings opportunities, and gate reviews.
