Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking an Innovation & Commercialization Planning Manager in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This hybrid role (2 days onsite) is a 12-month contract with potential extension or conversion.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, R&D, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain to bring new products to market. The ideal candidate has a strong supply chain and project management background, with experience in innovation planning, commercialization, and capital

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, R&D, or related field.
Experience in supply chain, project management, or innovation planning.
Strong PM, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing ops, capacity planning, risk management.
Experience with MS Project, Excel, planning tools; CPG environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage innovation project plans from kick-off through commercialization and post-launch evaluation.
Own and maintain project timelines and networks across Marketing, R&D, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure sourcing sites have capacity, capabilities, and readiness to support launches and transitions.
Lead project communication, stakeholder alignment, risk assessments, and mitigation planning for on-time delivery.
Support innovation business cases, capex requirements, cost savings opportunities, and gate reviews.
