Job summary

North American Rescue seeks an Innovation Project Manager to lead planning, prioritization, and execution of the company's innovation portfolio. You will blend product and project management to move concepts from opportunity to launch and lifecycle support.

You will establish structure across initiatives, coordinate resources and priorities, and partner with functions such as Strategy, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (engineering, business, life science, project management or related field).
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in prehospital medicine, project management, or product development.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and advance the portfolio of innovation projects and related initiatives.
• Establish enterprise-wide project portfolio with intake, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and decisions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on NAR products to support knowledge and commercial success.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution.
