Job summary

Gaylor Electric is seeking a Production Innovation Center Manager to lead the manufacturing center operations, oversee material logistics, and implement cost-control strategies. The role drives productivity, safety, and on-time project delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include resource planning, process design, and collaboration with innovation and corporate leaders to meet growth targets and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing management, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• LEAN/Six Sigma experience preferred and valuable.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the manufacturing center and operations.
• Efficiently manages resources, labor, schedules, and material logistics.
• Ensures safety standards and regulatory compliance are met.
• Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Monitors project progress, costs, and labor hours weekly.
• Develops and implements best practices for safety and efficiency.
