Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking an Innovation Cell Manager for the NISSC 3 program in Colorado Springs. You will lead innovation-focused projects, manage integrated schedules, and coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, and government stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.

Applicants should have 8–12 years of complex project experience and an active security clearance, with the ability to pursue TS/SCI as required.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience managing complex IT/cyber/projects.
Proven cross-functional leadership and scheduling experience.
Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI as required.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of innovation-focused projects within the NISSC 3 Innovation Cell.
Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Coordinate resource allocation across engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, and other disciplines.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; drive contingency planning.
Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Facilitate regular status meetings; capture decisions and actions for leadership.
