The role supports innovative delivery of legal services through people, processes, and technology, collaborating across offices and departments and reporting to the Managing Director of Practice Innovation.

Candidates should have at least five years in a large law firm, experience with venture capital and emerging company transactions, and a strong command of legal technology and AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a large law firm.
• Experience with private offerings, venture capital, and emerging company transactions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas.
• Problem-solving skills with limited standardization.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI; experience designing AI-powered workflows.
