Qualifications

• J.D. required and admitted to practice.
• 3–5+ years of substantive litigation experience at a major law firm.
• Proficiency with legal AI tools and understanding of AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the litigation department to embed AI and legal tech in case strategy, research, discovery, and trial prep.
• Configure and test AI platforms to meet quality and accuracy standards for litigation.
• Develop and refine prompts for generative AI systems supporting litigation workflows.
• Lead adoption efforts through training sessions and demonstrations to build confidence and mitigate risk.
• Gather feedback to refine AI solutions and ensure practical legal judgment in workflows.
• Contribute to governance, policies, and playbooks for responsible AI use in litigation.
