Latham & Watkins seeks an Innovation Attorney – Client Team Enablement to drive client-specific AI and legal technology solutions from New York, Washington DC, or Los Angeles. Senior individual contributor works with the AI & Legal Innovation team to identify opportunities and deliver practical AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with lawyers, Technology Client Services, and BD to ensure compliant, high-impact engagements and help develop reusable solutions and panels/RFP content.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong practical knowledge of AI, generative AI, and legal tech applications.
• Understanding of legal workflows and law firm operations.
• Ability to support complex client engagements from discovery through delivery.

Responsabilités

• Support scoping, design, and delivery of client-specific AI engagements.
• Advise on practical AI applications to legal work and needed human oversight.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and technology teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
